I am grateful everyday for the fact that I work in such a beautiful place. Selling real estate here is a joy because I know what people have to look forward to when they make Avila Beach their home. I also know that Avila Beach isn't the best fit for everyone, so I'm happy to show you options in other beautiful Central Coast cities. As a full-time Realtor on the Central Coast since 1988, I have built my business on the principles of respect for my client's needs - first and foremost - combined with honesty and commitment to client satisfaction.
