As the weather heats up, so does the sales of Avila properties on the higher end. This year, we have already experienced three sales over one million dollars, with one over $2,000,000, at $2,450,000. Buyers are realizing there are so few ocean front and ocean view properties available in Avila Beach and realizing the deals that can be had in a down market.

Investors know values and what little inventory means with supply and demand theory coming into place. I believe all three of these sales have been sold as cash transactions, plus add another one in December of 2010 at $2,400,000.
